Sierra Nevada Resilience IPA

Resilience IPA

In the wake of the deadly and disastrous wildfire that stuck California, Sierra Nevada announced their plan to brew Resilience Butte County Proud IPA, as a part of a fundraiser for Camp Fire relief. They asked breweries throughout the country to brew the beer and suppliers to donate supplies to do so in a greater effort to spread the awareness and reach of these efforts. The result was over 1,400 breweries that signed up to brew Resilience IPA and donate every dollar received from the sale of the beer.

Welcome Royal Meadery!

Royal Meadery Logo

Craft NY is proud to be distributing Royal Meadery across the entire footprint for 2019! Gregory Wilhelm founded Royal Meadery in 2014, and today the company is still 100% family owned operated. Gregory used his own beehives for the initial commercial batches and today the honey selection is an integral part of the mead production. In 2017, the Meadery relocated to Delmar and shifted focus to more sessionable carbonated meads. So, what is mead?

Allagash Pictavia Pictavia (the former name of Scotland) has sweet honey and caramel notes balanced by oak and a light tart bitterness. It’s brewed with Special B, Munich, pale, and Caramel malt in addition to roasted barley and our two row blend. It’s then hopped exclusively with Northern Brewer. After fermenting on an abbey-style yeast, we age it in scotch barrels—that first held port, before scotch—for around four months.
